CSA for Property Managers

Property managers live with communication scattered across phone, text, email, and the front desk — prospects chasing listings, tenants reporting problems, visitors walking in — with no one able to catch all of it. Leasing and new tenants. Using its lead-collection and Q&A skills, CSA fields inquiries from prospective renters — answering questions about available units, texting over listings and links, and offering to schedule a tour. It captures the prospect's details as a lead and routes them to the leasing team, so no interested renter slips away after hours.
 

Maintenance. Through its issue-management skill, CSA takes a tenant's problem — a leak, a plumbing issue, an AC failure — and works out how urgent it is, pointing true emergencies to 911 and offering approved first steps from the manager's own playbook. It opens a ticket in the CRM, routes it to the right crew for the problem and the property, and climbs a ladder of responsibility until someone takes ownership.
 

Front-desk reception. As an in-person receptionist, CSA greets visitors at the office, guides each one by why they've come, and pages the right staff member when someone needs a person.
 

Tenant questions. With its Q&A skill, CSA answers everyday questions — lease terms, pet policy, how to pay rent — straight from the company's own materials, so tenants get consistent answers without tying up staff.
 

Across all of it, every call is recorded, transcribed, and timestamped into a ticket. The manager gets fewer interruptions, tenants get a front door that always answers, and the business gets a defensible record of exactly what was said and when.
